We've taken our first step toward restoring the station in its original style. Earlier this month Paul Langan located a vintage train station wood stove in Blenheim, Ontario. This wood stove is very similar to, if not exactly like, the original wood stove which heated our station years ago.

The remnants of three station wood stoves were discovered in a woodlot and this stove was rescued by combining the best parts of all three stoves. The stove is complete but will require some relatively minor restoration.
